Back To School Welcome Postcards!!!
So do you hand write each postcard welcoming back your students? If so, I know you are feeling the cramps or the beginning stages of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome! There is a much easier way to accomplish this task! You can actually type your message and mailing address, then print them out. After your first message is typed, just copy and paste, that makes this process even easier. It took me about five minutes to complete and print 26 welcome postcards for my kiddos! The postcard packs you find in most teacher stores are the size of 4"x 6", if you do not want to use the template that already has these settings embedded, then simply go to your page setup or size setting and change to match your postcard size, then setup as two column document and begin typing! To make things easier, I am including the word document below. There is an example for the first page, to add more pages, just hit enter for a new page, then copy and paste the information from the first!
